One of my biggest disappointments is when I see a San Diego seller’s house with minimal photos, badly taken photos (toilet seat up, pets in pictures, cabinet doors wide open, clutter/debris and yes, DARK or incorrectly sized) or no photo at all! I want to say “really San Diego Agent?”
Buyers need to see something to generate their interest in viewing the interior of the San Diego property. That said, the current San Diego Real Estate inventory is so low that buyers are flocking to available houses. Once there, it is important that the price of the San Diego home fit the condition and presentation.
