These incredibly bad San Diego (Sandicor) MLS photos are a great example of How NOT to sell San Diego Real Estate!
Question: Why would a San Diego real estate agent think posting photos like these would help to sell a home in San Diego for it’s highest and best price?
Answer: It doesn’t … what it does is scare away buyers, leaving only investors who want to fix and flip the San Diego house for a profit. And the investors are expecting to purchase San Diego real estate for 30% or greater below fair market value.

You might think it would take a while to find photos this bad. It didn’t; a couple minutes of searching the San Diego MLS and these photos spoke to me. I’m frequently amazed at the bad photography used to present a San Diego sellers house for sale and I just couldn’t resist sharing.
