- Gain approval on the recommendations
- Determine financing options
- Select vendors and obtain bids
- Coordinate the vendor activities
- Provide regular status reports
Task Coordination and Detail Management
I handle the details...all of them. I will make recommendations to you on cost effective ways to improve the property prior to sale. I provide you with choices of service providers; you always make the decisions. I coordinate with the service providers and follow up to ensure quality. And of course, if you prefer to sell as-is, I can still assist you.
