Let's pretend your house is a "set" on the stage of a play or a movie. I Stage your home for the audience--the buyers--who will be coming through. These buyers determine how much your house (the product) will sell for. My goal is to assist you with pricing your house for the market conditions, detailing any necessary repairs/upgrades and just as important, Stage it from the beginning!
